Returns

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order ID and reason for return.

• Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.

Refunds

• After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Damaged or Defective Products

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

• We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund depending on the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or clearance items are not eligible for return.

• Assembled or used items may not be accepted unless proven faulty.
